8H Dirt-repellent Coating for Masonry and Porous Materials (Hydrophobic)

As a dirt-repellent coating for outer walls, it exhibits high performance in resisting for a long period of time. After painting and drying, it is super water-repellent, but over time the dirt-repellent layer becomes hydrophilic forming a protective layer over the porous material.
The hydrophobic particles on the surface are lost naturally after about half a year due to rainfall, but those that penetrate the porous surface remain, making it almost impossible for dirt to penetrate the material.
